The Bridgend House Hotel is in the original and oldest part of Callander, the gateway to the Highlands. Situated beside the River Teith the gardens overlook the Callander meadows and enjoy magnificent views towards Ben Ledi, they provide a beautiful spot in which to relax on a warm sunny day. The Bridgend is family run and prides itself on providing personal, friendly service in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Open all year round, the hotel welcomes families and children.
Callander lies in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, a stunning area of natural beauty which extends over 730 square miles from the southern tip of Loch Lomond, to the mountains and glens of Breadalbane at the northern extremity, embracing the forests, lochs and mountains of the Trossachs as well as the queen of Scottish lochs - Loch Lomond. Beautiful drives and walks abound throughout this area. Take a car tour in any direction from the Bridgend Hotel and you are guaranteed stunning scenery.
We have four spacious double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all of which are en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities and televisions.
Our extensive gardens provide an ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink and sample our delicious menu, all of which is freshly prepared by our resident chef. Our produce is sourced where possible from local suppliers.
Our bar offers a fine selection of wines, spirits, real ales and of course malt whisky.
Stirling is also close by (approx. 15 miles away) which offers plenty of shopping and is also steeped in history with the castle and the Wallace Monument open to visitors.
Our rooms are priced at £50.00 per room per night including a hearty Scottish breakfast to set you up for the day! We can also provide you with a packed lunch when you head out to explore the local area.
